Hi,

Michael has proposed a new approach to read cwl tool description using
cwl in build preprocessing tool (
https://github.com/common-workflow-language/cwljava/issues/13) . In this
way we can read JSON description of a cwl tool. Any comments ?

regards,
Thilina.
