Fix For: commandline 3.1.0
The command line exposes some options that are not implemented in the 3.1.0
release - e.g. -inputdoc - options like the -startdb ARE implemented, but are
not needed as the Hibernate backend is not included.
Thus these should be commented out so they are removed form the {{-help}}
output.
