Announcement Feature
Added announcement feature for getting the latest announcement from the
organisation .
Added features
- Base MVP architecture implemented .
- Retrofit setup
- Simple-xml-parser setup
- Rx-JAVA & Rx-Android setup
- ButterKnif setup
- Announcement layout designed
- [WIP]Working of an announcement
