Hello I'm not sure what you mean by workflow database. I thought all you need is a workflow. Try one of the simple ones like fetch xkcd http://www.myexperiment.org/workflows/824.html
If that works then you can try one that needs some inputs - maybe someone could recommend one of these along with the inputs to try.
