https://github.com/apache/incubator-taverna-databundle-viewer (Rails/JS) Both of those are born as GSOC projects with CLA signed from the beginning - so the IP should be clear - however I think they both are missing license headers and might have some files that are not original contributions (e.g. embedded JS libraries).
