Great work!  I like that .bat approach.. finally good use of GOTO!

Could you try to change your global git config to ignore the extra ~
Emacs backup files, and then remove those extra files from your pull
request?

Always check with 'git status' and `git diff` before committing! :-)


I've commented in the pull request on some of the unclear files
(BioCatalogue CSS files?)
