Conclusion from general@incubator seems to be that we need to license it as
CC-SA only - but that we could add a note that it's also available as LGPL from
upstream.
@ThilinaManamgoda - perhaps you could rewrite to remove the references to
LGPL and their LICENSE.md (as we choose only the CC-SA license), and instead
refer to something like
> See upstream https://github.com/common-workflow-language/logo/ for dual
licensing alternatives.
? (Not mentioning "LGPL" directly is the trick here)
