taverna-server now [uses
webjars|https://github.com/apache/incubator-taverna-server/blob/3.1.0-incubating/taverna-server-webapp/pom.xml#L57]
for jquery-ui and jquery.
However this means their [version numbers are
hardcoded|https://github.com/apache/incubator-taverna-server/blob/3.1.0-incubating/taverna-server-webapp/src/main/resources/admin.html#L23]
in the template, making it tricky or error-prone to update.

there is a [webjars-locator|https://www.webjars.org/documentation#springboot]
