While it's possible to iterate over manifest.getAnnotations() it is cumbersome
to find all the annotations for a given Path or URI. New
getAnnotations(Path|URI) methods should simplify this.
Similarly it should be possible to look up an annotation by its getURI() (e.g.
UUID), if it has one.
