Podling report looks good, but I'd include under "How has the project developed since the last report?" that you submitted the SGA and that the git repo is set up.
Should we bring up INFRA-11445 (Creating JIRA for Tephra) as an issue? It's been a month and we still don't have a JIRA system yet. Thanks, James
