Hi James, excellent timing! We were just looking at remaining issues and moved them out to 0.14, none of them were critical or show-stoppers, and should not hold back a release that supports Hbase 1.3. We are planning to prepare the release and send out the vote tonight. If you want to help, we'd appreciate if you could run the Phoenix test suite against the current code. Actually, I just published the latest snapshot artifacts, so you don't need to build it yourself.
