Thanks for updating the KEYS. - validated all checksums - ran build and tests - checked LICENSE, NOTICE and DISCLAIMER
My only concern is that the NOTICE still states "Copyright 2016". I am not sure whether that is serious enough to hold the release? I do remember that this has been brought up in previous releases.
