Ok... I confirmed that the simple version that uses the 1.4 modules works with
current HBase 1.5.0-SNAPSHOT and current Phoenix 4.x-HBase-1.5 tip.
Any objections to committing that (the small 301.txt above).
Then it might good to do a 0.16-incubating release.
