I had a private discussion with @seongjinyoon, and we confirmed that this issue can be reproduced in both the latest master and hub deployment. Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to Workflow 1. 2. Create Computing Unit 1. 3. Execute. → The execution history is correctly displayed under Workflow 1. 4. Switch to Workflow 2. 5. Reuse Computing Unit 1. 6.
