   While running workflows, I intermittently hit a ValueError: Time must be 
non-negative raised from 
core/architecture/managers/statistics_manager.py::increase_data_processing_time.
 When this happens, the execution gets stuck/hangs. The issue is 
non-deterministic—retries of the same workflow sometimes succeed, sometimes 
fail.
