# Add local jQuery and update homepage feature section
## Summary
This PR adds a locally hosted version of **jQuery** and updates the
**Features** section on the homepage.
## Changes
- Added `jquery-3.7.1.min.js` to `assets/vendor/jquery/`.
- Updated `scripts.html` partial to load jQuery locally instead of from the
CDN.
- Fixes the navbar not working on the staged site caused by CSP blocking
external scripts.
- Revised content and layout of the homepage **Features** section.
