I created a spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1kAxKorZGOjKO2hjVFgmYb4aCBy-MWVmy/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=112107075417491968565&rtpof=true&sd=true .
This spreadsheet contains 8 batches of dependencies and their licenses. I assigned a person for each tab. The assigned reviewers are: Xinyuan Lin, Xiaozhen Liu, Kun Woo Park, Ali Risheh, Meng Wang, Matthew Ball, Chen Li, and Xuan Gu Please find the batch you are assigned to and start the review process.
