We encourage community members to contribute to the project. To do so, it's important for everybody to know the status of each GitHub issue. For this reason, I suggest the following protocol:
- When a member creates an issue, there is no assignee by default. - If a member is interested in an issue, they can add a comment to express that interest and AT one of the triagers.
