The purpose of this monthly meeting is to give an update to the community about "what's going on" with the project. Its purpose is not to make any decisions. For this reason, I agree with Ian's suggestion to call it "Monthly Apache Texera Update" or something like that. I also support the idea that Ian runs the next meeting to "do a demo."
