Summary: Tez UI 2: Counter data must be human readable

- Counter data displayed currently is just plain text
- Create a component/helper to auto format the counter data based on keywords
from counter name
-- For instance counter with string BYTES must be formatted as memory value
-- TIME must be taken as duration
-- All numerals must be number formatted for readability
