Summary: CLONE - Tez UI: Improve the error bar

- When a request fails, the error bar must display the complete URL that was hit
- Response text if any must be displayed.
- Adapter+Entity details must be displayed.
- Right now we just support closing of the bar. We must have some way to open
it back.
- Investigate if we can display an error history.
- Investigate how the messages can be made better.
