Port from Mapreduce contained direct jetty dependency on jetty HttpHeaders.
Netty also supports these headers and the dependency can be easily moved from
jetty to netty. This will help break the dependency chain from jetty (still
indirect dependency from tez runtime) supporting a leaner uber-jar for
packaging.
