Summary: VertexImpl should separate edges from source/target

Vertex (in tez-dag) and VertexImpl should separate edges from vertices in both
sourceVertices and targetVertices field. Originally, they mean both vertex and
edge, but it no longer holds in named edge scenario. Every access to
sourceVertices or targetVertices need refactoring.
