The test looks for actual call to {{dagComplete}} for containerLaunchers which
would fail if the instace type does not match {{TezContainerLauncherImpl}} and
{{LocalContainerLauncher}}. Rather than fixing the test, having {{dagComplete}}
as part of {{ContainerLauncher}} base class might be better.
