{{TEZ_DELETION_TRACKER_CLASS}} was incorrectly mapped to
"history.logging.service.class" which can cause jobs to fail if the actual
history logging service is actually configured. On that note, the actual
variable name should also have been {{TEZ_AM_DELETION_TRACKER_CLASS}}.
