After TEZ-3616, testLocalDiskMergeMultipleTasks run with option to interrupt
committing, sleeps for 2000ms twice, but is now never interrupted.
Additionally, there is a 1000ms sleep that is trying to interrupt, but am
unsure if that is successfully testing something as the commit has already
taken place.
