Precommit does not comment the results back to Jira. I see all the tests run
and reports are generated: (example:
[https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-TEZ-Build/473/console] ) but the
report is never posted to Jira: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TEZ-4201
The last precommit run with reporting working:
[https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-TEZ-Build/469/console]
