According to the ASF policy the [NOTICE
file|https://www.apache.org/legal/src-headers.html#notice] must reflect the
distribution years of the product.
Currently the various NOTICE files all over the project mention "Copyright (c)
2016" and "Copyright (c) 2015". It must be everywhere "Copyright 2014-2023".
