Thanks for the response Butao :) I have expressed this proposed initiative to other technical writing enthusiasts at the The ASF Slack channel #asf-writers - https://the-asf.slack.com/archives/C07KXKXR7QW. I actually got some good feedback there. Specifically, a suggestion that the best place to start is with site analytics and a page audit to start ranking pages/content/topics in order of what users want — while taking into consideration key content that the project wants to ensure people share (that may not currently be prominent).
