Hi All, A quick heads-up—Apache Tez has taken a leap forward! The master branch now requires JDK 21 to build, as we’ve upgraded compile-time support to align with the latest Java standards.
Starting with the upcoming Tez 1.0.0 release and for all subsequent versions, JDK 21 will be the required minimum. If you're building from source, please make sure your environment is updated!!! Cheers, Ayush
