Currenlty tez is shipping jline 3.9.0 as part of it distribution which is
coming as transitive dependency from hadoop.
In tez-dist/src/main/assembly/tez-dist.xml, jline 2.x is already excluded. It's
better to exclude 3.x as well to ensure it doesn't meddle up with other project
classpath. Plus, IMO, tez doesn't need jline as there is no CLI involved.
