CPU_MILLISECONDS counter is negative for Reduce vertices

Hi guys,

I observed that CPU_MILLISECONDS statistic is always negative for Reduce tasks. 
I tried tez-0.5 from master. Similar in tez-0.4.


Do you know how I can fix it ?
