initial work is done!
I found out a few more dependencies and added them here

Main CI Job is: https://hudson.apache.org/hudson/job/Thrift/
the only missing language right now is ruby...seems to be a bug => I verify and
create a seperate ISSUE for that.

In the future, I will setup additional jobs on other OS and language specific
jobs, e.g. Thrift-Java
