committed modifications on the site so that we have relative URL's, makes it
possible to run the site as http://thrift.apache.org and
http://incubator.apache.org/thrift

could you please do a {{chmod -R g+w}} at the {{/www/thrift.apache.org}} folder
so I can update the site.
