Initial go at an artifact for fb303 built against the libthrift artifact
created in thrift-363.
To generate first create the libthrift artifact in the lib/java folder with
"ant -Drelease=true publish" then in the contrib/fb303/java folder run the same
ant command. This will send both libthrift-{version}.* and libfb303-{version}.*
to the apache m2 repo for staging. This first patch is only for the 0.6.x
branch and not the trunk, I will finish that patch up shortly.
Bryan can you test patch similar to what we did with the libthrift artifact,
thanks.
