In THRIFT-1167 the TNonblockingTransport in TNonblockingServer.FrameBuffer was
moved into AbstractNonblockingServer.FrameBuffer and was changed from public to
private. This change was found when trying to upgrade Cassandra to the latest
version where their SocketSessionManagementService breaks due to the accessor
change.
