Provide support UDP & SCTP protocols for Transport layer. For now library
supports just TCP/IP thru TcpClient but in the real tasks sometime need use
more speed or secure protocol, so support of UDP and SCTP looks make sense for
library evolution.
I'm going to present my pathes with support UDP/SCTP for Transport layer in
couple of months, if someone won't do it earlier
