Xavier HAUSHERR commented on THRIFT-1743:
-----------------------------------------
You're right for the dir, sorry for my mistake, I have take the old version.
For the name it is strange, because it is stored in "name": "apache/thrift" and
the configuration is present. I have check it with the command "composer.phar
validate composer.json" and the file is valid, if I remove "name", I have an
error.
My idea, is that you need to add composer.json on master too. I have attached a
file for the master, without "branch-alias" information.

> In order to use the new Symfony 2.1 Dependency Manager
> (http://getcomposer.org/), we have to add on root of Github project a file
> called composer.json with Composer configuration.
> This file must place in "/" in trunk and in 0.9x branch if possible.
> Is it possible to add this file ?
> Best regards.
