I can transfer ownership of the "thrift" npm package, someone at apache just
needs to make an "apache" npm account:
https://npmjs.org/doc/adduser.html
Once apache has the credentials set up and I have transfered ownership, you
should be able to just run "npm publish" from the lib/nodejs folder after a
release is prepared.
