Jake Farrell updated THRIFT-1357:
---------------------------------

    Attachment: thrift-1357.patch

This patch moves the erlang thrift_json_protocol to the contrib folder since
the external github dependency on jsx for this routinely breaks the build. This
will allow the jenkins, rpm and deb builds and Vagrant spinup to all enable and
start packaging erlang again. There where no test cases associated with this
and other than the protocol file and jsx dependency there was no other impact
on the erlang lib.

Anyone wishing to use the json protocol in erlang can copy to their project or
use from the contrib area.
