Hi all,
i just downloaded Version 0.9.1 and tried to build with VS 2010.
I found out that lib\cpp\src\thrift\protocol\TMultiplexedProtocol.cpp is not
part of the Build tree in the provided Visual Studio Solution.
So i had to add it from myself.
