We implemented a new HTTP-based transport for the PHP library using libcurl
specifically to enable keep-alive connections to the Thrift server.
The implementation is based on the existing THttpClient source code.
Patch against master (2a7dccc8a06a2240f785255492d04a82c669ae9b) is attached.
