Lots of node clean up and several fixes.
- All of the thrift/lib/nodejs/test dir is jsHint clean now
- Added https support to the node HttpConnection
- Added http promise and https tests
- Added node http client and server examples
- Added a http python server example to work with the node http client
- JSDoced the HttpConnection
- Cleaned up some of the jshint errors in thrift/lib/nodejs/lib/thrift
