Hi, Jens:
When I used http://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/thrift.git in the company
network environment, I got some message like "405 (Method not allowed)". It
seemed that HTTP redirect did not happen when I got the error. But when I used
https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/thrift.git, it worked.
Now I used http://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/thrift.git at home, it also
works. So I can't reproduce the error now either. I will try it again when I go
to the company.
