Hey Henrique, thrifty.hh is a generated file, see compiler/cpp/Makefile.am
am__yacc_c2h, i've seen that issue and was going to take a look at it after
getting the basics back in order, this ticket is for files that have been added
since the last release that are needing to be added to EXTRA_DIST
