I forgot to mention but contrib/installDependencies.sh is pretty much a copy of
the Vagrant file, apart from the apt-add-repository, so hopefully we can
eventually merge these two files?
Does the vagrant file get tested anywhere? should we also add it to travis or
do you guys think it's a bit overkill? hehe
