Is regular haskell version from Debian or Ubuntu stable not sufficient?
other approach http://docs.travis-ci.com/user/languages/haskell/
contrib/installDependencies.sh should use default packages whenever possible
and usable for contrib/Vagrantfile and .travis.yml
