The Trusty (Ubuntu 14.04) Vagrantfile in the current trunk does not build clean.

2. Haskell does not compile
3. Go crashes on symlink creation
4. Python Twisted tests fail
5. CPP thrift/test/cpp does not make check due to missing boost packages
