I but in the first place the path of bin (cygwin) :
c:/cygwin64/bin
I installed the package flex for cygwin.
Now, I have a another problem with 'fileno', it's maybe a matter with gcc and
the version of "string" in the compiler.

Can I put some option with the command make to resolve this matter ?
