I cannot use the tutorial for CPP.
I tried to build the example with the command make but I have some issues with
BOOST link.
So, I tried to build it with Visual Studio directly, but I have some other
matter with unresolved external symbol.
By example with the class "Work" defined in the files "tutorial_types.cpp"
included in the folder gen-cpp.
I included this folder in my visual project.
